1. Commercial License & Ownership
Upon full payment, buyers receive a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to use the purchased digital wallpapers and album cover assets for commercial music streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal), physical vinyl/CD distribution, promotional media, and digital displays.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing raw PSD or RAW asset files as standalone products.
- Claiming authorship of the original underlying master artwork.
- Using assets in illegal, defamatory, or copyright-infringing distributions.
3. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
Because our digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, all sales of downloadable digital goods are final. If you experience technical issues downloading your files or require corrections to your custom typography, our support team will resolve it promptly.
